Shared Services West is owned and operated by The Credit Valley Hospital, Halton Healthcare Services, Trillium Health Centre and William Osler Health Centre.

Our mandate is to leverage coordinated logistics, purchasing, contract management and equipment procurement at the four hospitals (eight sites) to provide best value, improve quality of service and facilitate the reallocation of resources to direct patient care.

SSW is a provincially registered not-for-profit organization. Proceeds generated through sourcing savings, process efficiencies and customer fees are directed back to our Hospital Members in full.
